Blazin' for Bleeders 5k/Fun Walk

Blazin' for Bleeders 5k / Fun Walk is Tennessee Hemophilia & Bleeding Disorders Foundation (THBDF) second annual race. This race helps provide support, education, and advocacy for the bleeding disorder community in Tennessee and surrounding areas that go to a Tennessee Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC). People with bleeding disorders are confronted with many physical, medical, emotional, and psychological challenges. How well they meet these challenges depends on a number of things, including the severity of the illness, the quality of medical care, and the ability to pay for treatment. The funds will help support the efforts of THBDF to continue bringing support to this often overlooked community.

Parking will be located at 1524 and 1608 Williams Drive, Murfreesboro.

Registration will begin at 8:00am

5k will start at 9am and Fun Walk will start at 9:05am

Waiver/Photography Release:

In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, THBDF, the City of Murfreesboro, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. I also understand that all information provided is considered correct and that no false information has been given. I also understand that any pictures of myself or any likeness may be used for promotional or news by THBDF. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.
